Double Take!

Yesterday Christmas came early to Sedaris/Folds/Hornby fans!  Two treasures were released on the same day.

Lonely Avenue, A innovative approach to crossing the boundaries between literature & lyrics.  This collaborative effort is a creative clash of two fan favorites.  Folds - Good!  Hornby - Good!  Together - Double-Good!
Squirrel Seeks Chipmunk, Sedaris' latest work of lovely literary masterpiece.  Upon reading the first two of a collection of short stories featuring animals as the main characters I am happy to report that Sedaris does not disappoint!  I am not typically a fan of the hard back, but I simply could not wait.  The illustrations are charming, and even Miles seems attracted to this 'Modest Bestiary', though who could blame him?  After all, he is somewhat of a modest beast himself.
