and just like that our chartreuse-gone-wrong room receives a makeover.

allison & i have been aching to paint our dining room for about 6 months now. it has never been the color we envisioned, and we just knew we could do better. as fate would have it we were baking one morning with our new "martha stewart collection" mixing bowls when 3 of the colors happened to be stacked together and we knew we found our inspiration. we took the bowls to home depot on friday, color matched them, bought supplies, and painted the room. it only took us one night, and we are so happy with our new, calming room! have a look.

time really flies. it's almost march!
