i was, i am, and i always will be his little, brown-eyed girl. his peelie. his favorite daughter. there are a million little things that my dad does to remind me that i have a special place in his heart. one of my favorites is that i know that every year, no matter where i am, or what i am doing, i will undoubtedly receive a valentine card in the mail. complete with his 'signature' heart/arrow combination. it's beautifully messy & illegible. i am fairly sure that he still sees me as his little girl...just like this photo.
in other news...i am off for a brief jaunt to merida, mexico to visit chichen itza during the equinox. i hope to capture great photos of the event. have a nice week.
