it will never get old. the misspelling of my name will always amuse me. i do not really blame them. if it were not my name, who knows how i would spell 'camille'.

but seriously, 'amil'? that's just cruel.

it's hot! my run has continually been pushed earlier & earlier in the morning so as to avoid the sweltering heat from the relentless sun. however, i will have to resolve myself to the fact that in houston the humidity will be present day, night, morning, evening....all.the.time.

hello!

while i am not pleased with the recent increase in postage, i will say that i am pleased with the new stamp varieties.

the newest installation of the 'love' stamp series is just so charming.



i cannot wait for tomorrow afternoon, as we are traveling to austin for the weekend! it will be an adventure filled with tubing, a wine festival, puppy chow & road trip snacks/tunes.

then it's off to sour lake to celebrate my dad's birthday (happy early birthday, dad!)
after all, 3-day weekends were meant for sharing.
